Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager in hybrid Atlanta to support client executives across all lines of coverage for large groups. You will manage data, analytics, enrollments, compliance, and vendor relations to ensure a seamless benefits experience for clients.

You’ll lead client meetings, prepare communications, and coordinate documents while applying your knowledge of life and health licenses and brokerage systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Active Life & Health License.
• Experience with agency management systems and HR portals.
• 2+ years of employee benefits account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Data Management & Analytics: collect and maintain client data across systems, manage data exchange with clients and vendors, review vendor contracts, analyze ROI.
• Client Relationship Management: lead client meetings, coordinate annual communications and guides, procure governing documents, support day-to-day client needs, educate employees.
