EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Coordinator to support Client Executives and Managers in maintaining employee benefits programs. You will assist with data collection, enrollment materials, contracts, and data updates across systems to ensure smooth day-to-day service for clients and their employees.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork within a growing nationwide firm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Client Coordinator/Client Service role in benefits or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist CE/CM in data collection for RFPs and marketing spreadsheets.
• Draft open enrollment materials and coordinate meetings and health fairs.
• Collect contracts, experience data, and 5500 information to service the client.
• Process BORs, update internal systems, and prepare invoices as needed.
• Resolve client and employee issues regarding billing and claims.
• Provide administrative support to service teams for new and existing clients.
