Funeral Directors Life is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients. You will onboard new clients, build relationships, and coordinate campaigns across platforms while ensuring consistency with each client’s brand voice and objectives.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at juggling multiple projects with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new digital marketing clients, including creating client records, coordinating client calls, and gathering required information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing account management.
• Develop, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms while maintaining each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, client requests, and project timelines.
• Monitor marketing performance and communicate campaign insights during regular client review and renewal meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records, content calendars, and account documentation.
• Manage multiple client accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting established deadlines.
