Job summary

NIQ is seeking an Associate Client Manager to join the Customer Success team in Nashville. The role is onsite five days a week, with compensation around USD 69,800 to USD 83,000 per year. You will partner with customers to set objectives, deliver data-driven insights, and lead strategic conversations to maximize client value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related fields, strong data analysis skills, and experience with NielsenIQ platforms. Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in CPG, Retail, market research, analytics or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and client value.
• Develop a consultative approach to client business issues and understand industry challenges.
• Leverage NielsenIQ solutions to conduct advanced analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead client presentations with proactive insights and recommendations.
• Drive strategic thought leadership with customers using NielsenIQ tools and assets.
• Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate them to internal partners.
