Job summary

NIQ seeks an Associate Client Manager to join its Customer Success team in Nashville, TN. This on-site role partners with clients to define objectives, deliver insights, and drive revenue growth through data-driven recommendations.

You will leverage NielsenIQ tools to conduct analyses, lead client presentations, and manage complex relationships in a fast-paced environment. A 3+ year background in CPG/retail analytics is ideal; bachelor's or master's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry related experience in CPG, retail, market research, analytics or consulting.
• Advanced data analysis and synthesis using large datasets to uncover trends.
• Strong ability to manage complex client relationships and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• College/University Undergraduate or Master's degree.
• Familiarity with NielsenIQ platforms, syndicated data and retail measurement tools.
• Category Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a consultative approach to client business issues and understand industry challenges.

• Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers to prove value of NielsenIQ solutions.
• Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ delivers.
