DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships across products and services in a fast-paced data center environment. You will coordinate service delivery, lead regular client meetings, and drive opportunities for renewals and new business with assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes incident awareness, escalation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with field and corporate resources to ensure customer satisfaction and uptime.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Account Manager.
• 3-5 years in Data Center, Telecom, IT, Cloud, Managed Services and Networking.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Program Management expertise in managing Service Level Agreements and other aspects of the Client contractual agreement.
• Communicate effectively with peers, superiors and subordinates, as well as C-Level Executives on Client and Databank sides.
• Coordinate all Client communications including weekly and monthly reporting, crisis management and escalations.
• Maintain proactive customer communication to foster a high touch Relationship and develop project plans with owners.
