Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. in Dallas seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships and service delivery across all products. You will coordinate new service delivery and ongoing support, and act as a 24/7 escalation point for critical incidents.

Key responsibilities include regular client meetings, incident awareness, reporting, renewals, and identifying new business opportunities with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Sales Account Manager/related roles.
• Experience with Data Center, IT, Cloud, Managed Services or Networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship for all products and services.
• Coordinate delivery of new services and ongoing service delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for production impacting incidents.
