Qualifications

• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
• 2+ years of cloud-based project delivery experience.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans and manage risks.
• Strong track record coordinating complex projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in data tracking, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer’s managed services deployments across technical operations teams and markets.
• Coordinate cross-team goals and create unified delivery plans.
• Provide regular project updates and manage risks and milestones.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Organize internal resources to ensure timely, accurate large-project implementations.
• Communicate deployment schedules and status through meetings, tickets, email, and calls.
