NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee claims resolution, HR assistance, and benefits administration support for clients. You will handle implementation, contract review, communications, and compliance, maintaining Salesforce cases and client files, while coordinating with Account Executives and Advisors.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years' experience in Employee Benefits Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Resolve day-to-day plan administration and benefits issues including billing and enrollment.
• Collaborate with insurance carrier representatives on product and systems updates.
• Assist Account Executive with annual renewal process, including marketing and organizing proposals.
• Manage enrollment materials and benefits administration system updates.
• Document internal files and client data in Salesforce.
• Handle special projects for Account Executive as needed.
• Assist Advisors and Account Executives with scheduling and meeting preparation.
