Job summary

Socket.dev is looking for a Client Services Coordinator in Easton, PA. In this role, you will serve as a primary liaison for clients, handling order processing and maintaining client relationships while ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ months’ customer service experience in logistics or corporate environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the liaison between the clients and NRI operations.
• Manages client relationships and handles client interactions.
• Coordinates flow of inventory with Inventory Team.
• Ensures client SLA’s are communicated to the operations team.
• Keeps work areas clean and safe.
