Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Production Coordinator to streamline purchase orders from issuance through shipment in our New York facility. You will collaborate with factories and internal teams to ensure order accuracy, timelines, and on‑time delivery.

You will manage Production WIPs, monitor milestones such as testing status and approvals, and provide regular updates to management while supporting logistics for timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production, sourcing, supply chain, or order management.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP or PLM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track purchase orders from issuance through shipment.
• Review order details for accuracy, including styles, quantities, costs, and delivery dates.
• Maintain Production WIPs and order status.
• Monitor key production milestones, including production, testing status, approvals, and shipping.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for factories and suppliers.
• Follow up on WIPs, TOP samples, testing status and required documentation.
• Identify potential delays and proactively elevate issues to Production management and Sales.
• Coordinate with Logistics to support on‑time shipment and customer delivery.
• Provide regular production and order‑status updates to management.
