Horizontal Talent is seeking a Client Manager in Minnesota to oversee the requisition and consultant lifecycle as the primary contact for clients, recruiters, and internal partners. You will drive requirement fulfillment, coordinate interviews and offers, track pipeline health and KPIs, ensure compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in staffing or recruiting.
• Experience interfacing with external contacts.
• Ability to manage full-cycle requisition workflows and offers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with recruiting teams and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Fulfillment Workflow: Lead intake, qualification and distribution of new requisitions.
• Manage requisition statuses and client alignment; submit candidates and coordinate reviews.
• Oversee interview coordination with the client and candidate preparation.
• Manage offer process with Recruiter/Category Leader; track pipeline health and time-to-fill.
• Oversee consultant onboarding, assignments, extensions and offboarding.
• Conduct consultant check-ins with Hiring Manager/Program; collaborate on performance issues.
• Ensure program compliance, track KPIs and share account insights for growth.
