Prosada is seeking a Client Success professional to be the voice of the company for a roster of clients in Minneapolis. You will guide onboarding, gather content, and coordinate with production to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned roster of clients.
• Conduct client onboarding calls and strategy alignment sessions.
• Gather content assets each month and coordinate with production.
• Handle revision requests, questions, and concerns promptly.
• Conduct monthly check-in calls to review performance and plan ahead.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.
• Maintain high client retention through proactive communication.
