Job summary

Growth Operators seeks a client-facing Human Resources Associate with prior HR Generalist experience to support multiple client engagements and deliver high-value HR solutions.

You will manage payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS data, reporting, leave administration, recruitment, onboarding, policy support, and projects. The role requires onsite work in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area and occasional remote work with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent required
• 4+ years HR experience required
• Ability to manage priorities for multiple clients with independent judgment
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems
• High proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
• On-site work in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area when needed

Responsibilities

• Participates in processing payroll for clients including time and attendance and payroll changes
• Administers benefits programs and open enrollment
• Maintains employee data in HRIS and prepares reports
• Administers leaves of absence including FMLA and other programs
• Performs recruitment activities and onboarding processes
• Supports development of employee handbooks and policies
• Assists with system implementation and compensation projects
• Keeps client employee data current across systems
