RightPro Staffing in Connecticut seeks a Customer Service/Client Support/Client Success Representative to serve as the primary link between clients and internal cross-functional teams. You will deliver high-touch service, drive rapid issue resolution, and work with engineering, logistics, shipping, and finance to uphold exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualificações

3+ years in customer service or client support; 2+ in manufacturing/industrial.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP platforms (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
Strong communication, multitasking, and detail orientation in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the dedicated account lead for regional distributors, commercial contractors, and field sales teams, providing end-to-end service and territory coverage.
High Volume Case Management
Manage inquiries about order status, product availability, inventory levels, and tiered pricing with accuracy and speed.
Claims and Returns Processing
Facilitate and resolve customer complaints, Credit Claim Forms (CCFs), and Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) within 24 hour SLA windows.
System Utilization and Data Integrity
Maintain customer accounts and transactional records across ERP and CRM systems.
Process Improvement and Quality
Identify bottlenecks, recommend workflow enhancements, and contribute to improving NPS.
