Assist World, a remote-first company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with manufacturing or distribution experience. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and provide accurate lead-time and delivery details while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment; 2+ years of experience and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, aiming to answer within three rings.
• Respond to customer emails within about 2 hours during business hours.
• Handle live chat inquiries within 1-2 minutes and follow up on issues within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to provide accurate lead-times and delivery information.
• Assist with order management, logistics and product support as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records and ensure follow-up after sales.
