Job summary

METIX, a Silicon Valley-based AI recruiting company, seeks a client-centric, onsite-first role in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will own the client handoff after founder or sales conversations, clarify customer needs, and translate them into concrete next steps.

You will coordinate recruiting delivery, HR Tech product usage, and cross-border delivery teams, learn Mira, and explain the model to clients. Track status, risks, and expansion opportunities, and help build repeatable client success

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in client success, account management, recruiting, or B2B SaaS.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Familiarity with HR tech and startup ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client handoff after founder or sales conversations and clarify needs.
• Coordinate recruiting delivery, product onboarding, and deal support as needed.
• Manage day-to-day client communication across services and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with US founders, sales, and cross-border teams in China.
• Help build repeatable client success processes from common questions.
