Job summary

Metaview in San Francisco is hiring an IC product engineer who will build AI coworkers to assist recruiting teams. You will own features from problem definition to production, working directly with users and iterating on adoption and reliability.

You will ship continuously, maintain production behavior, and collaborate across frontend, backend, and AI workflows. Focus is on practical product impact and fast learning in a hands-on team.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped software for external users and owned a meaningful outcome through production.
• Deep technical depth in at least one area and ability to cross frontend/backend boundaries when needed.
• Experience using AI coding agents and ability to code, review, and debug independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and own AI-driven recruitment agents, capable of pursuing objectives over days and knowing when to ask for judgment.
• Turn interview and hiring-team conversations into actionable interfaces for recruiters to inspect, correct, and trust.
• Define simple product primitives to unlock broad recruiting workflows; develop interfaces, APIs, data models, permissions and production behavior.
• Own the production result from problem definition through rollout and iteration in bounded customer outcomes.
