Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Atlanta, GA to efficiently process orders, support customers, and grow sales. You will be the trusted advisor for existing accounts, handling bids, pickups, and problem resolution while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and teammates.

The role emphasizes effective communication, product knowledge, and upsell opportunities within our Profit Center, with training and safety compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids from telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center.
• Grow sales with existing customers and act as their trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and explain solutions.
• Resolve customer problems and manage pricing deductions and returns per policy.
• Process returns and refund paperwork per policy.
• Flag credit risk changes to managers and update daily reports.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports; support product management activities.
• Complete required safety and compliance training; perform other duties as assigned.
