Hajoca Corporation’s Tigris Fulfillment Partners location in Atlanta seeks a Customer Service Representative to process orders and bids, assist customers at pickup, and pursue sales growth as a trusted advisor. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or inside sales, familiarity with Profit Center products, and proficiency in Microsoft Office for email and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate, plan, report and analyze customer data

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Orders and Bids from telephone sales
• Assist customers who pick up orders at the Profit Center
• Grow sales by upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
• Identify value-added services and articulate our solutions
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and price deductions
• Process returns and refunds per policy
• Notify Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager of credit risks
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Support Product Manager activities as needed
• Complete required safety and compliance training
• Perform other duties as assigned
