Job summary

Drips is seeking a Client Success Project Manager to guide new clients from close of sale through implementation and expansion, driving timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to long-term Client Success.

• Understand the client's business problem and the sales‑designed solution.
• Grasp high-level technical integration requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Client Success, Product, Development/QA, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into actionable project plans.
• Define and communicate project objectives to stakeholders.
• Create standardized deliverables with key details.
• Co-host kickoff meetings and design workshops.
• Develop realistic timelines aligned with deliverables and SLAs.
• Anticipate risks, scope changes, and dependencies.
• Lead weekly internal and client-facing project meetings.
• Monitor status, risks, issues, and priorities.
• Maintain up-to-date project plans in onboarding systems.
• Ensure onboarding success through cross-team alignment.
• Support CSMs with approvals, agendas, and deliverables.
• Escalate timeline risks.
