• At least 4 years of experience as an Enterprise CSM or Enterprise Project Manager (client-facing).
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau for performance reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in a remote startup environment and managing multiple accounts.
• Ability to translate client data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert at campaign strategy and performance insights using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Gather requirements for new campaigns and help clients set goals and success metrics.
• Lead design, planning, and review of campaigns with clients for approval.
• Deliver recurring performance reporting and offer optimization recommendations.
• Own day-to-day client communications and build relationships across client orgs.
• Lead recurring client performance calls and prep for strategic reviews.
• Monitor client health, forecast revenue, and escalate issues with Account Manager.
