Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead complex client service, mentor a team, and partner with Producers to drive retention and growth. This role oversees service delivery and ensures strategic alignment with client needs across multiple accounts.

The position requires deep insurance expertise, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to renewals and placements, with on-site collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active P&C and/or Health & Life license for the state of operation.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance products, markets, and client service practices.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned complex accounts.
• Lead service delivery, coordination, prioritization, and quality across the team.
• Mentor Account Managers and Account Associates; guide development.
• Partner with Producers and Account Executives on client strategy and renewals.
• Oversee new business and renewal processes, timelines, and communications.
• Develop renewal/placement strategies with Producers and service teams.
• Review and negotiate coverage, pricing, and terms with carriers.
• Ensure service standards, identify trends, drive improvements.
