Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client contact by phone, email, and chat.
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships through responsive service.
• Manage customer accounts, orders, agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
• Assist with technology products and services to support fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate client and vendor records in company systems.
• Support management and sales with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and communicate to the team.
• Assist with contracts, renewals, and service arrangements.
• Provide client support for PDS technology products and processes.
• Help improve internal processes and the client experience.
• Handle confidential information professionally and support special projects.
