Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Nashville to manage and improve the client experience by understanding client needs, acting as the voice of the customer, and coordinating with internal teams to produce cards as specified. The role involves leading client meetings, collaborating across departments, resolving issues quickly, and maintaining CRM activity.

Training onsite initially, then a hybrid schedule with one day in the office each week; bachelor’s degree and 2+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in client services or account management.
• Retail banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
