Guidepoint is seeking an Associate on the Client Service team to recruit experts, assess client needs, and deliver fast, high-quality consultations across our global network.

You will conduct targeted research, lead outreach, and manage multiple client requests in a hybrid environment with three days in the office, while growing professionally through mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support research and writing.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies for productivity.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts into Guidepoint’s network and engage them for client consultations.
• Conduct targeted research across public sources to identify relevant experts.
• Lead outreach and vetting conversations to assess fit for client projects.
• Define sourcing strategies based on project scope and urgency.
• Manage multiple client requests with high standards of execution.
