Job summary

CyberStreams is seeking an IT Help Desk Engineer to deliver both remote and on-site support for our managed services clients. You will troubleshoot issues across workstations, servers, cloud apps, printers, and networks, coordinating with senior staff and account managers on escalations and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum previous help desk, service desk, desktop support, network admin, field service or related experience.
• Professional IT certifications preferred but not required (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA).
• AA/AS, ideally in computer science or related field, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for core business applications and operating systems.
• Support Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams/Phone System, Azure.
• Handle remote access solutions: VPN, Windows 365, Azure WVD, ConnectWise Control; monitor and respond to help desk tickets.
