Qualifications

High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
2+ years of customer service, contact center, or client support experience preferred.
Strong client-facing, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing support via phone, email, and chat.
Respond to a high volume of Tier 1 and Tier 2 client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Become a subject matter expert on the organization's products, programs, and services.
Accurately document client interactions within CRM and customer management systems.
Troubleshoot routine issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and improve the client experience.
Maintain quality standards while contributing to departmental initiatives.
