Job summary

ImpactBio is seeking a highly organized Client Account Coordinator to support program execution and day-to-day client management. You will maintain rosters, coordinate deliverables, and serve as a primary client contact, working closely with recruiting, operations, training, and leadership to meet client needs.

You will manage records, track progress, and prepare reports while ensuring timely follow-up and high client satisfaction in a fast-paced life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Prior experience in account coordination, client services, customer support, project coordination, or related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong time management and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Program Leads to support day-to-day client account management and program execution.
• Maintain and manage program rosters, including tracking headcount, territory assignments, onboarding/offboarding status, and organizational updates.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and ongoing support.
• Coordinate client deliverables and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Partner with internal teams including recruiting, operations, training, and leadership to support client needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation across internal systems.
• Monitor account activity and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare client reports, meeting materials, status updates, and presentations.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, project coordination, and operational initiatives.
• Help ensure a high level of client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
