• Support day-to-day client communications, monitor correspondence and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, calendar management, attendee coordination, and materials distribution.
• Prepare and organize client-facing agendas, presentations, and messages for meetings.
• Attend client meetings and prepare comprehensive minutes with decisions and next steps.
• Distribute meeting minutes and follow-up communications to stakeholders.
• Maintain action item and follow-up trackers with owners and deadlines.
