Job summary

NFP Rx Solutions, the pharmacy benefit consulting arm of NFP, is seeking a client-focused PM/PBM liaison for a hybrid in-office schedule in Missouri. You will coordinate with clients, PBMs, and brokers to optimize pharmacy benefits, analyze plan performance, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have PBM and Employee Benefits knowledge, strong research and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Employee Benefits industry and PBM.
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to read and interpret industry policies and contract documents
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers or carriers
• Ability to present information to insured clients and carriers
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Basic math for tasks
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Independence and ability to multitask
• Maintain relationships with staff and clients
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Professional telephone and e-mail etiquette
• HIPAA confidentiality compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships between clients, internal teams, PBMs, brokers, and third parties
• Understand each client’s business model and goals
• Knowledgeable in the PBM marketplace
• Advise leadership on client activities
• Coordinate market reprice analyses and contract terms
• Respond to pharmacy benefit questions within deadlines
• Assist in communicating benefits in enrollment meetings and webinars
• Resolve billing, claim, eligibility, and customer service issues
• Partner with PBM teams to resolve benefits issues
• Manage client benefit requests, changes, and program implementations
• Prepare annual detailed pharmacy benefit reports with benchmarks and recommendations
• Review utilization trends with clients
• Maintain CRM data accuracy
• Supervise client billing and payments
• Contribute to department resources and training materials
