OPENLANE, based in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking an Impound Coordinator to support its North America team. You will develop customer relations, handle inquiries, and assist the Sr. Account Manager across recovery operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while using Google tools and internal systems. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Experience in customer service or collections/recovery a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and phone support.
• Research client questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate recovery vendors and manage queues.
• Maintain daily/weekly client reports in Google Sheets.
• Communicate clearly with clients and vendors.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation.
