Job summary

Influential in Los Angeles is seeking a Manager, Client Management to lead campaign activations for a diverse client portfolio. You will drive day-to-day client and agency communications, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.

In this role you will mentor junior team members, oversee campaign billing processes, and identify opportunities for growth within accounts, delivering high-quality outputs and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client service, account management, or agency roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
• Proven experience supporting management of client accounts.
• Foundational understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, resilience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with director manager on day-to-day client and agency communications for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned agencies and clients.
• Support collection of campaign data and content for client reviews, QBRs, and milestone presentations.
• Oversee campaign delivery to ensure programs are executed flawlessly, on time, and aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee Specialists in managing campaign timeline with precision, using appropriate tools and resources such as Monday.com.
• Partner with Influential team members including strategy & analytics, performance media, creator, creative and other capabilities necessary for each campaign.
• Implement Influential client management processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Oversee Specialist in coordinating monthly billing reconciliation.
• Be a critical listener in client and agency team meetings to help identify incremental opportunities within existing accounts.
• Contribute to inputs needed for Commercial Operations to support profitability tracking and financial health of assigned accounts.
• Manage campaign performance with limited creator challenges throughout the process.
• Support the day-to-day management of Specialist in campaign execution.
• Deliver client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality outputs, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
• Look for opportunities to lead and mentor Client Management junior team members.
• Deliver professional client correspondence, meeting composure, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Attend Client Management Department meetings and cross-functional collaboration forums.
