Job summary

Influential is seeking a Manager of Client Management in Los Angeles to oversee the activation and delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with strategy, analytics, and creative talent, and ensure programs meet client objectives with exceptional service.

The role requires 5–7 years in client service or agency settings, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in client service, account management, or agency roles within media, marketing, or influencer ecosystems.
Foundational understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and performance-driven campaigns.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with director manager on day-to-day client and agency communications for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships.
Maintain knowledge of assigned agencies and clients.
Support collection of campaign data and content for client reviews, QBRs, and milestone presentations.
Oversee campaign delivery to ensure programs are executed on time and aligned with client objectives.
Coordinate monthly billing reconciliation with the Specialists.
Mentor Junior Client Management team members and ensure professional client correspondence.
