Job summary

Influential, a leading influencer marketing agency, is seeking a Manager, Client Management to be the primary liaison for campaign execution. You will translate client goals into actionable plans, collaborate with operations and sales, and ensure optimal performance and satisfaction throughout campaigns.

The role requires 5-7+ years in digital/advertising, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior team members while managing multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience working in a digital or advertising environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities with discretion.
• Knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube).
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall success of campaigns across varying budgets and complexities by collaborating with operations and sales.
• Partner with sales to understand client objectives and provide guidance on best practices.
• Navigate challenges in the execution process with thoughtful solutions.
• Build new materials for the account management department and improve processes.
• Prepare reports and analyze ad performance relative to campaign objectives; provide optimization recommendations.
• Stay on top of workflow and task completion in the project management platform.
• Organize timelines, creative concepts and paid media strategies for campaigns from one day to one year.
• Maintain knowledge of ad products, specs, guidelines, and delivery timelines.
• Educate sales and clients on Influential’s offerings and industry trends.
• Develop and foster strong relationships with clients.
• Managing monthly billing reconciliation with finance.
• Mentor junior team members and share learnings across the Account Management discipline.
