Job summary

ProCare Rx in Gainesville, GA seeks an experienced professional to support client services operations in plan design and benefit configuration. You will manage plan changes, analyze claims, coordinate with implementation, and provide technical guidance across teams to ensure accurate setup and ongoing service.

This role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, analytical problem solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Business or Healthcare is preferred, or equivalent background in operations and customer relationships.
• Pharmacy Tech or PBM experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and exposure to industry-related applications and software.
• Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills are required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide backend support of plan design and benefit configuration to the Client Services team.
• Manage plan changes and requests, with guidance on structures and changes to benefit setup.
• Evaluate claims for proper payment and assist with plan changes as needed.
• Maintain systems user access for Account Managers and Clients.
• Produce quarterly reporting and service level tracking.
• Develop knowledge of client objectives and plan designs.
