Job summary

ProCare Rx is seeking a data analytics professional to join our reporting team in Gainesville, GA. You will design and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and data extracts from company databases to support decision-making across the business.

You will work with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions, using MS-SQL, SSIS, Python, and BI tools like Power BI and QlikView. Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CIS/Data Analytics/CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong data analytics knowledge: derive insights and translate needs into solutions.
• Ability to translate requirements into data systems, queries, and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Experience with MS-SQL, SSIS, MySQL preferred.
• Python/BI tools (Power BI, QlikView) preferred.
• BI tools experience including dashboards and reports preferred.
• Healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge helpful.
