SunSource, a leading distributor of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation products, is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to support the outside sales team and customers. You will respond to inquiries, process requests accurately, and serve as a liaison between customers, account managers, and internal departments.

The role emphasizes order entry into ERP, quoting, product guidance, expediting, and opportunities for up-selling.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication for collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and using ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal sales teams.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Enter customer orders into ERP with high accuracy.
• Prepare and enter quotes into ERP or shared directories.
• Help customers find components using catalogs, web resources, and internal tools.
• Expedite orders to meet delivery commitments.
• Support outside sales with quotes, expediting, and customer visits.
• Follow up on quotes and assist with upselling and cross-selling.
