Job summary

DB Roberts is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to support the Inside Sales Staff and Branch Management. You will perform order entry, maintenance, reporting, and backlog review while assisting with branch administrative needs to help grow sales.

The role requires handling multiple tasks with high accuracy, building strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and delivering exceptional service to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-2 years in an office or related customer service environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ITAR requires a U.S. Person (citizen, green card holder, asylee, or refugee).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices.
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Handle order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, spreadsheet administration, and branch support.
• Provide back up support for the sales team on customer needs and help grow sales with certain accounts.
• Collaborate with inside team to build relationships with people, customers, and suppliers.
• Maintain professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with internal support teams.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements within 6 months.
