Job summary

CHC Hydro in Tukwila, WA is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Representative to help customers, provide quotes, and guide them through a smooth sales process. You will process pricing, rush orders, and track orders; collaborate with outside sales and sales engineers; and leverage our catalog and product selection software to recommend hydronics solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales, customer service, or account support.
• Strong phone presence, persuasive skills, and solid negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of Hydronics equipment or industrial product lines is a major plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their technical needs, provide product quotations, and guide them through a smooth sales process.
• Order Management: Process pricing, quotations, rush orders (within 24 hours), and order tracking accurately and efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Work closely with customers, outside sales teams, and sales engineers to deliver exceptional service and maximize account growth.
• Product Expertise: Leverage our inventory catalog and product selection software (Xylem ESP Rep) to recommend top-quality hydronics solutions.
