Profitero+ seeks an Associate Account Manager to support a growing CPG client base. You will manage 10–12 accounts, acting as trusted advisor and data-driven consultant to maximize product value and renewals.

This is a hybrid role based in Boston, requiring onsite engagement ~3–4 days/week. You will leverage analytics and strong communication to grow client relationships and drive retention.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior professional account management or customer success experience.
• Experience in eComm/CPG/retail or SaaS is preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 10-12 accounts with proactive support and renewal focus.
• Be the primary contact; respond to questions and escalate to SMEs as needed.
• Share best practices and provide data-driven insights to drive value.
• Handle day-to-day activities: emails, tickets, training, and meeting prep.
• Support upsell opportunities and renewal processes end-to-end.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering to roadmap improvements.
