Job summary

Soundtrace in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Client Success Associate to serve as the operational backbone for clients running hearing conservation programs. You’ll onboard new locations, coordinate testing, and keep compliance records on track.

You’ll work with safety managers, clinicians, and internal teams to protect workers from hearing loss, respond to client questions, and turn recurring inquiries into improved processes and product feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account operations preferred.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web tools.
• Strong communication with clients by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' day-to-day hearing conservation operations, from onboarding through renewal.
• Coordinate audiometric testing schedules and logistics across client locations.
• Help clients keep compliance records accurate and audit-ready.
• Answer client questions and route issues to the right internal team.
• Monitor account health and flag risks or opportunities.
• Improve documentation and product feedback from recurring questions.

Client Success Associate

About this role

As a Client Success Associate at Soundtrace, you'll be the operational backbone for the clients who rely on us to run their hearing conservation programs. From onboarding new locations to coordinating testing schedules and keeping compliance records on track, you'll support our clients' day-to-day operations and make sure every program runs smoothly. You'll work directly with safety managers, clinicians, and our internal teams — and your work will directly protect workers from irreversible hearing loss.

What you'll do

• Support clients' day-to-day hearing conservation operations, from onboarding through renewal
• Coordinate audiometric testing schedules, equipment logistics, and follow-ups across client locations
• Help clients keep their compliance records accurate, complete, and audit-ready
• Answer client questions quickly and route technical or clinical issues to the right internal team
• Monitor account health and flag risks or opportunities to the broader team
• Turn recurring client questions into better documentation, processes, and product feedback

Who you are

• Cincinnati-area based and available to work in person
• Highly organized — you can juggle multiple accounts, schedules, and follow-ups without dropping details
• A clear, warm communicator on the phone, over email, and in person
• A problem-solver who takes ownership and follows through until the client is taken care of
• Comfortable learning new software quickly and working across spreadsheets and web tools
• Empathetic and service-minded — you genuinely enjoy helping people succeed
