Job summary

Soundtrace, LLC is seeking a Client Success Associate in the Cincinnati area to support clients in managing hearing conservation programs. You will help onboard new locations, coordinate testing schedules, and keep compliance records up to date.

You’ll work closely with safety managers, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth program operation. You’ll be a dependable communicator, organized problem-solver who learns new software quickly and supports B2B SaaS customers as they ramp usage

Responsibilities

• Support clients' day-to-day hearing conservation operations from onboarding through renewal.
• Coordinate audiometric testing schedules and equipment logistics across locations.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance records for clients.
• Answer client questions and route issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Monitor account health and flag risks or opportunities to the team.
• Turn recurring questions into better docs, processes, and product feedback.
