Sotheby’s is seeking an Analyst in the Client Success team in New York to support day‑to‑day deal activity, diligence, and portfolio servicing. You will coordinate documentation, manage internal systems, and assist with closing processes while collaborating with senior team members across departments.

The role requires highly organized, detail‑oriented individuals who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in financial services or analytically focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, execution, closing, and funding of new loans, amendments, and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain transaction materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.
• Support borrower and collateral diligence, including review of ownership and provenance.
• Coordinate approvals and follow up on closing and post‑closing requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate transaction files.
• Track collateral location, possession, and condition; coordinate inspections and logistics.
• Support ongoing portfolio servicing, including invoices, revaluations, and insurance.
• Assist with vehicle inventory, title paperwork, and collateral reporting.
• Provide analytical, administrative, and execution support to Associates and Head of Client Success.
