Sotheby’s is seeking an Analyst in the Client Success team in New York to support day‑to‑day deal activity, diligence, and portfolio servicing. As an Analyst within the Client Success team, you will provide day‑to‑day execution and administrative support to the Head of Client Success and Associates across new deal activity, closing and funding, collateral diligence, and portfolio servicing.
This is a highly execution‑focused role within a fast‑paced lending environment, with an emphasis on keeping transactions and servicing activities organized and moving forward. The Analyst will coordinate documentation and follow‑ups, maintain internal systems and checklists, support diligence and closing processes, and help ensure outstanding requirements are identified and completed on a timely basis.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The Analyst will work closely with Associates, senior members of the Client Success team, Credit, Legal, Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.
The proposed base salary for this position ranges from $60,000-$80,000. In addition to base salary successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, as well as a competitive benefits package. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
