Job summary

Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York seeks a data-driven Client Strategy professional to help maximize opportunities with high-net-worth clients. You will partner with Specialist Departments, Regional Offices, Marketing, BI, and Events to craft strategic plans and drive transactions across divisions.

You will rely on advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data manipulation to build insights, support client reviews, and identify cross-department opportunities while maintaining CRM accuracy and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, ideally in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years in a related role within the art market.
Strong analytical, research and interpersonal capabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client strategy colleagues and specialists to plan top client initiatives.
Provide strategic sale-related support and pre-sale targeting using digital tools.
Research top clients and prepare reviews, regional meetings, and auction support.
Communicate with specialists and Business Directors on events and opportunities.
Maintain CRM accuracy and create client briefs and family trees.
