Job summary

Sotheby’s in New York seeks an Analyst within the Client Success team to provide day-to-day execution and administrative support across new deal activity, closing and funding, collateral diligence, and portfolio servicing.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-priority management, and coordination with Associates, senior team members, Credit, Legal, Operations, and external stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in financial services or related field.
• Experience in art market is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient with data.
• Proficient written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support setup, execution, closing, and funding of loans and amendments.
• Prepare transaction materials, collateral schedules, trackers, and checklists.
• Assist with borrower and collateral diligence and documentation.
• Coordinate compliance approvals and closing requirements.
• Maintain organized transaction files and support portfolio servicing.
