You will build relationships over phone and email, leverage ADP solutions, and provide recommendations to leadership on best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver, identifying solutions and outcomes for clients.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations to leaders on best practices.
• Organize daily schedules to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
