ADP is seeking an Account Manager based in Norfolk, VA to serve as front-line for solving client challenges and training users on ADP technology. You will support companies with 50–999 employees in a metrics-driven, high-volume call center environment.

You will build relationships by phone, email, and chat, delivering ADP product knowledge and recommendations while maintaining high client satisfaction and strong ethics. Daily organization is key in peak seasons.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver to solve client issues with timely solutions.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat while upholding integrity.
• Educate clients on ADP products and provide recommendations for best practices.
• Organize daily schedules to manage high inbound call volume, especially seasonally.
