Job summary

Phenix Label Company in Olathe, KS is seeking a Customer Account Representative to manage jobs from PO through manufacturing to final billing. You will be the primary contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate, timely information and high-quality service.

This role requires 2+ years in customer service or printing, strong communication, and the ability to maintain records, create spreadsheets, and coordinate across Sales, Technical, Art, Brand, Production, and Shipping.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or printing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Administrative activities, records, reports, and files.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills including developing spreadsheets for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Interact effectively with a wide variety of people, maintaining flexibility and multitasking.
• Strong work ethic, time management, planning/organization, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact between Customers, Sales, Technical, Art, Brand Manager, Production, and Shipping.
• Establish and maintain organized records for all customer projects.
• Provide support during quoting/estimating processes.
• Manage Sales Orders from PO to delivery and assist with billing.
• Ensure order accuracy and communicate changes to all involved teams.
• Provide job information to Accounting for accurate billing.
• Maintain knowledge of Phenix’s manufacturing capabilities and industry changes.
• Understand customer requirements and specifications.
• Perform inventory management for stocking and non-stocking products.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for Products Created, Aged Inventory, and Sales Data.
• Cross-train with Senior Sales Executives and develop backup support.
• Attend department PBL meetings.
